Our experience from Natural Health and Nutritional Supplements goes way back to the late 80ies,partly from working with natural health foods and nutritional supplements,which awakened an avid interest for alternative medicine and natural health,an interest which has stayed with us now for more than 20 years.
The photos below are from my Cross-Country bicycle trip from San Diego in California to New York,New York with a tent and 7 lbs equipment. Exercise,exercise + good healthy nutrition are key to great health and wellness!! Below a few of the photos from our cross-country bicycle trip:
Walker Pass (left photo) (el. 5,250 ft / 1,600 m.) is a mountain pass by Lake Isabella in the southern Sierra Nevada mountains in California. The pass provides a route between the San Joaquin Valley on the west and the Mojave Desert on the east.

Photo above from Death Valley,California,where I am taking at walk at Badwater. Badwater,a natural spring,is unfit to drink but not poisonous. A community of small water animals and plants have adapted here. The spring lies 4 miles from the lowest point in the US (-282´).
